We are located at Main Bazar on Station Road in Chandpur, Bijnor. The address is actually care of Sunil Kumar, son of Krishan Avotar Agarwal. It’s a local spot, right in the heart of the area. We’ve been running Mugenesys Software (India) Private Limited from here for a while now. It’s not your typical high-tech office building; it’s more grounded and part of the local community. We have a small team of people who are good with computers and software. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get to work on whatever needs finishing. The bazar outside can be quite loud with all the shops and people moving about, but we don’t mind it. It’s better than being in a boring, silent office park. We don't have any corporate dress codes or strict rules about when to take a break. We just expect everyone to do their part. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about things that aren't related to work at all. It keeps the atmosphere friendly. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple setup in Chandpur, and that’s exactly how we like it.
