Computer Operator

We are located right near the Sainik School first gate on Athani Road. It is a busy spot especially when the school kids are around or parents are visiting. The shop is small and we have been at this Bijapur address for a good bit of time. It is mostly just one or two of us sitting here with the computers. We do a lot of data entry and helping people with their documents. Sometimes the power goes out, which is frustrating, but we have a backup that lasts long enough to save the work. I wouldn't say it is the most modern office you will ever see. The walls could use a bit of paint and the chairs are older. But the machines work fine for what we need to do. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and typing away. People come in with handwritten notes and we turn them into digital files. It is steady work. Athani Road gets quite dusty in the summer, so I have to wipe the monitors down pretty often. I usually keep a bottle of water on the desk and maybe a radio playing softly in the background. It is a simple life here. We do not try to be anything we are not. If you need a computer operator in this part of Karnataka, this is where we sit and get things done.
