Kiran Enterprises

We are based out in Bihar, running Kiran Enterprises. It’s a bit different here than in the big metros. We do a bit of everything depending on what's needed in the local market. Our daily routine usually starts pretty early before it gets too hot. We deal with a lot of different people, from local farmers to small shop owners, and everyone has a different story. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a functional space where we keep our records and meet people. Sometimes the power is a bit unreliable, so we have to plan our work around that, which can be frustrating but you get used to it. We’ve been operating here for a while and we’ve seen how things change in the state. People here value a direct conversation, so we spend a lot of time just talking and listening to what folks need. It’s not always easy, especially when the logistics of moving goods across the region get complicated by the roads or the weather. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers making sure things get done. We just take it one day at a time, trying to stay busy and keep the business moving forward. It’s a simple life, and we’re just part of the local community here, doing our bit without making a big fuss about it.
