Yashika Agrotech Pvt. Ltd.

We are located on Jamner Road, right across from the Msedcl substation. That substation is the easiest way to tell people where we are because everyone knows it. Yashika Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a bit now. The road can get quite loud with all the buses and bikes going past, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the ceiling fans. We have a lot of space for our equipment and the bits and pieces we use for our agro projects. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We are too busy with the day-to-day tasks. Most mornings start with a quick chat about what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. It gets quite hot in this part of town, so we try to do the heavy work early. We have a couple of old cupboards filled with files that go back years. It’s a very honest kind of workplace. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will help you out. We eat our lunch together most days, usually talking about things other than work. It’s a simple life here on Jamner Road, just doing what we know how to do and making sure the business keeps running despite the dust from the road.
