We are located in Morgaon, which is in the Raver Taluka of Jalgaon district. It’s quite a different setting for a software company compared to the big IT parks in Pune or Bangalore. Our office is right there in the village, and the pace of life here is much slower. We work on various software projects, mostly focused on the technical side of things that people don't often see. Being in a place like Morgaon means we don't have to deal with the crazy city traffic or the high cost of living. We just show up to work, do our coding, and head home in the evening. The air is cleaner here, and it’s a lot quieter, which is actually pretty good for focusing on complex programming. Most of the people working here are from the local area or nearby towns in Jalgaon. We have a simple office with the necessary hardware and a decent internet connection, which is really all you need to build software these days. Sometimes we have issues with the power grid, so we’ve had to set up our own backups to keep the servers running. It’s a humble setup, but we get the job done just as well as the big firms. We like the fact that we can do high-tech work while still being part of a small, rural community.
