Diya Group Event Management

We’ve set up our workspace at Flat No. 27 in the Golden Palace building in Bhuj. It’s right across from the GEB office, which makes it easy for people to pinpoint where we are. In Bhuj, everyone knows the landmarks, so that helps. Our office at Diya Group Event Management isn't what you’d call fancy. It’s a practical flat where we keep our files and meet with people to discuss their plans. Most days, the place is a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, and the phone ringing constantly. We deal with everything related to local events, so there’s always a lot of logistics to figure out. The furniture is basic, and we usually have maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't have a marketing team or a sleek reception desk. It’s just us sitting around a table trying to make sure everything for an upcoming function is in place. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the heat, but we just keep going. We've been doing this for a while and have built up a good network of local vendors in the city. People come to us because they know we are right here in the neighborhood and can be reached easily. It’s a straightforward business, no complicated layers, just hard work and a lot of coordinating to make sure things happen exactly as they should on the day.
