Most days are fairly steady, with folks dropping in from the nearby villages or from right in town. We have gotten to know many of them by their first names after all these years. Kutch is our home, and we really like being a part of the daily life here. We do not spend money on big advertisements or those fancy glowing signs. Our door is just open and that seems to be enough for most people to find us. Sometimes the dusty winds blow in from the plains, but we just sweep the floor and keep going with our day. It is honest work. We do not make big promises or use complicated words when we talk. We just use what we have learned about ayurveda to try and help out whoever walks in.
