Ayurvedic - Dr. Krutika Joshi

This is the practice of Dr. Krutika Joshi, and we are based out in Kutch. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We focus on Ayurvedic traditions and helping people feel a bit better using the old ways. The office isn't anything elaborate, just a comfortable place for people to come and talk about their health. Kutch has a very specific feel to it, and we try to reflect that in how we treat everyone who walks through the door. It’s often just Dr. Joshi and a little bit of help handling the daily visitors. We have jars of herbs and different natural preparations lined up on the shelves. It smells like earth and dried plants in here most of the time. People from the local villages and some from further away come by when they are looking for a more traditional approach. We don't use a lot of technology or fancy systems; we mostly rely on what we know and the notes we keep. The climate here can be harsh, so we spend a lot of time making sure our supplies stay fresh and dry. It’s a quiet life, but it feels important to keep these traditions going in our community. We don't have a big staff or a marketing team. We just try to keep things simple because that's what our patients expect from us. It’s just us here in Kutch, doing what we can with the knowledge passed down through generations.
