Thread Siddharth Village,Jatni

We operate out of Lc-141/1 in Sailashree Vihar, Bhubaneswar, though our roots are tied to Siddharth Village in Jatni. It’s a bit of a mix here. Our office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. There are usually stacks of papers and some samples of work laying around on the tables. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the city office and the work happening out in Jatni. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. Most of us wear regular clothes and we drink a lot of tea while we talk through what needs to be done. The rooms are a bit crowded with supplies and files. We’ve been in this Sailashree Vihar spot for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a sign. It’s just where we do the planning and the paperwork. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains hard, which is just part of living here. We are just a group of people trying to keep this project moving forward. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just sit down and figure out the next steps for the day. It’s practical work and we just do our best with what we have.
