Mobile Technician

Our shop is located in Gomundia(B), which is part of the Krushnaprasad area in Puri. It is a bit of a drive for some, but for those near the Titip post office, we are right there. Being a mobile technician in this part of the district means I see all kinds of phone troubles. Some devices have water damage from the monsoon, while others just refuse to turn on. I set up this space because there were not many options for repairs nearby. It is a very basic setup with a wooden table and a lamp that I keep on late into the evening. Life here in Puri is quite steady, and I like being part of this community. I handle screen replacements and software resets mostly. I do not use any fancy diagnostic machines, just my own hands and what I have picked up over the years. Neighbors often stop by to talk even if their phones are working fine. Sometimes I am waiting for parts to come in from the city, so the work can be a little slow. I try to explain the problem simply without using a lot of technical jargon.
