We are situated in the Kharavel Nagar area, right in the complex near Kesari Talkies. It is a very busy part of the city. Being at Plot No-98 means we are right in the middle of everything. You can hear the sounds from the street all day long. The office is part of Unit-III. It’s a decent-sized space but we have filled it with so many files over the years that it feels a bit cramped. We have been working under the name Keshari Estate for a long time. Mostly we deal with commercial spaces since we are in a business complex, but we handle houses too. The people who work here have been with us for years. We eat lunch together around a big wooden table. It is not a corporate setup where everything is very formal. We speak the local language and treat everyone like they are part of the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window until the generator kicks in. We do a lot of paperwork for the local projects around here. It is a lot of running around to different offices. People know they can find us here from ten in the morning until late evening. It is just a regular job for us, helping people figure out their property papers. We also keep a stash of biscuits for when clients bring their kids along.
