Ivy Bar is just a small part of the hotel where we serve drinks and keep things tidy. We spend a lot of time cleaning glasses and making sure the shelves are stocked up. It is a decent spot to work because of all the activity on Janpath. Being across from the temple means there are always people around. We aren't a big corporate chain with a lot of rules about how to talk; we just greet people and do our jobs. The hotel is a busy place, so we see a lot of guests coming through the lobby before they find us.
