We are over at Flat 226 in the Manorama Estate. This is in the Bomikhal area, specifically Rasulgarh P.O. in Bhubaneswar, 751010. Our name is Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd. Working out of a flat gives the place a bit of a different feel than a standard office building. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still keep busy with our daily tasks. Manorama Estate is a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We have neighbors who are living their lives right next door to where we work. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of the street or people in the hallway. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just come up to Flat 226. Inside, we’ve set up our desks and equipment as best as we could. It’s a bit of a maze of files and papers sometimes. Rasulgarh is a part of town that has everything we need close by. We go out for lunch at the local spots and know the people around the estate. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't use any big marketing slogans or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a team working out of an apartment complex, making sure the business of the company keeps moving forward every day. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
