You can find us at B-331 in Vaisakha Enclave on Cuttack Road in Bhubaneswar. Bomikhal is a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We are part of the Hindalco Industries Limited team here in Orissa. The enclave is a mix of offices and homes, which gives the place a bit of a friendly feel. Our office is pretty basic. We have some sturdy wooden desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We handle a lot of the regional coordination for the metal business from this spot. Cuttack Road can get very congested, especially during the rush hour, so we usually try to get into the office early to beat the traffic. It is not a shiny corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just a functional space where we track orders and talk to vendors. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea, and that’s where most of our unofficial meetings happen. We deal with a lot of paperwork for the aluminum side of the company, making sure the local distributors get what they need. It is a steady, predictable kind of work. We don't use any fancy words or have big slogans on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as efficient as we can in a very normal, human way. There’s always a bit of dust from the road, but we manage.
