You can find our branch at Plot No -1121 in Jagamohan Nagar, which is in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. This part of the city is growing quite a bit, but our plot is still a fairly quiet spot to get things done. We have a simple building on this plot where the Hindalco Inds. Ltd. team manages the local operations for this region. The setup is very basic. We have some sturdy furniture, a few computers, and a lot of files. We are not into the whole modern office look with glass walls and bean bags. It is more of a traditional workspace where we sit down and focus on the day's tasks. The weather in Bhubaneswar can be very humid, so the fans are always running at full speed here. We have a small yard around the building that we try to keep tidy, but mostly we are focused on what is happening inside. Most of the people working here are local to Orissa and have been with the company for a good while. We like the neighborhood because it is easy for people to find us once they get to Jagamohan Nagar. We do a lot of coordination from this office, making sure everything is aligned with the main sites. It is a no-nonsense environment. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that here, just regular staff doing regular work in a steady, reliable way. The walk from the main road is short, which is nice for the morning commute.
