Goldenn Lotus Pre-Kg School

Running a pre-kg school like Goldenn Lotus isn't exactly quiet. We are located at 717A/1 on the 4th Phase Main Road in Dumduma. It’s a busy part of Bhubaneshwar, 751019. Every morning starts with the sound of kids crying or laughing as they get dropped off. We have a lot of toys and colorful mats on the floors because that’s what works for children this age. The rooms are small but cozy. We spend a lot of time helping kids tie their shoes or sharing snacks. It’s not a corporate daycare center; it’s more like a big house where children come to learn their ABCs. We have some plants out front that we try to keep alive, though the kids sometimes pull at the leaves. The walls are covered in drawings that the kids made themselves. We don’t have fancy uniforms or high-tech equipment. It’s just us, some crayons, and a lot of patience. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when it's time to nap, but we get through it. The parents are mostly people who work nearby and need a place they can trust. We know everyone’s name and which kid belongs to which car. It’s just a simple place for little children to spend their day while their parents are at work. We like it that way. It feels like a small family here most of the time.
