Gnanasri Model School & Coaching Centre

Gnanasri Model School & Coaching Centre is situated at Plot No 228/237 in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate. It might seem like a strange place for a school, being in an industrial area of Bhubaneshwar, but it actually works out quite well. We have the school part and then we do coaching in the afternoons and evenings. That means the building is busy almost all the time. There is a lot of activity around here with the nearby businesses, so there is always a bit of a hum in the air. We focus on getting the work done. Our classrooms are set up for serious study, especially for the older students coming for coaching. The furniture is practical and we don't have a lot of decorations. We spend our time preparing materials and making sure the students understand the lessons. It is a lot of work to manage both a school and a coaching centre at once. Sometimes we are here until late at night getting everything ready for the next day. The staff is used to the long hours. We don’t have any big marketing slogans. People mostly hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just have a place where students can focus and get their questions answered. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things, and it keeps us all very busy throughout the week. We keep a big kettle of tea going in the staff room.
