Buddy Trainner/Team Member

This is where Ranjan Kumar Patra works, over at Quarter Number 1/5 in Unit-2. We are right near the Government Boys’ High School here in Bhubaneswar. It’s more of a home-based setup than a proper corporate office. We do training and team stuff. It’s just a small space with enough room for a few people to sit and talk. Being near the school means it gets loud when the kids are out, but we don't mind. We focus on helping people learn new things or work better together. It’s very informal. You don’t need to wear a suit to come here. We just sit down and go over whatever needs doing. Sometimes we have a whiteboard, sometimes just some notebooks and pens. Orissa is a good place to be, and this neighborhood is pretty central. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by just knowing someone who came here. It’s a simple life. We spend the mornings getting organized and then wait for the sessions to start. It’s about being helpful to the people who walk in. There’s a lot of back and forth, trying to explain things clearly so everyone understands. We aren't experts in everything, but we try to share what we know from this little quarter in Unit-2. We just keep the tea ready and wait for the next person to join the team for a bit.
