Ganpati Traders

Our business, Ganpati Traders, is up on the second floor of Plot No.60/P. We are on Jagannath Nagar Road No-08 in the Rasulgarh area. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs. It’s a bit of a workout, but we are used to it by now. The office is quite small and usually filled with samples and paperwork. We don't have a fancy showroom. We just have a few desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. Most of our work involves talking to suppliers and making sure the orders are on track. The traffic on the road below is always loud, so we usually keep the windows shut. We have a small pantry where we make tea several times a day. It’s a family-run business, so my brother and I handle everything. We don't use any complicated software to run the business. We just keep things simple with a few basic files. People know us in Rasulgarh because we’ve been here for a while. We don't make any grand claims about what we do. We just try to be honest and get the work done on time. Some days are very slow and we just sit and talk, but other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. It’s a bit unpredictable, but that’s just how trading goes. We like being in this part of the city.
