We’ve been set up here at Plot No. 45/5 in Laxmisagar for a good while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right behind Falcon House on the Cuttack Puri Road. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic moving through Bhubaneshwar, but we just stick to our corner and get the work done. The shop is usually covered in some kind of dust from the crushing equipment we handle, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We spend most of our days looking at heavy parts, fixing things that have worn down, and making sure the machinery is actually going to hold up when it gets out to the sites. It isn’t glamorous work by any means. My hands are usually stained with grease or metal grit by lunch. We’ve got a small crew here who know their way around a wrench and a welding torch. Sometimes the humidity in Bhubaneshwar makes the workshop feel like an oven, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. People come by asking for specific parts or just wanting us to take a look at a broken crusher. We don't have a fancy front office or a receptionist to greet people. You just walk in, find someone who isn't currently under a machine, and tell them what you need. It’s a practical place for practical problems, and we like it that way. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just keeping things moving on the Bhubaneshwar Cuttack Road. That is really all there is to it.
