We've been at the BDA Market Complex for quite a while now. It's just two small rooms, number 4 and 5, right in the heart of Palaspalli. Mostly we just handle travel stuff for the people around here. It started out pretty small and stayed that way. We don't have one of those big fancy offices with glass walls or high ceilings. It's just a desk, a few plastic chairs for when people come in, and a whole lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend most of our day on the phone or staring at computer screens checking schedules. It gets really busy during the holiday season, but that's just how it goes in this business. Sometimes the old coffee machine in the corner breaks down, and we just walk down the street to the tea stall for a cup. We know all the neighbors pretty well since we've been in this building for so long. It’s not a very complicated setup. We just try to get the bookings done right so nobody gets stuck at an airport or a train station. You can find us easily enough if you know the market area. We keep things pretty simple. If you need to fly somewhere or take a long train ride, we look into it for you. There’s always someone in the office during the day, usually just chatting about where to go next. It feels more like a little neighborhood shop than some big corporate travel firm.
