Our place is over at Plot No LB 130 on Badagada Road. We’re pretty close to the railway station, in the Badagada Brit Colony area of Pandav Nagar. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy for people to reach from different parts of the city. We do a lot of work with infrastructure and land development around here. It’s not just about selling houses; it’s about the whole process of getting land ready and building things up. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. Our office is usually full of maps, site plans, and people coming in to talk about new projects. We’re a private company, but we don't act like some big corporate entity. We’re just local people working on local projects. Sometimes we’re out on the field looking at plots, and other times we’re sitting here trying to get all the government permissions sorted out, which can be a real chore. We take things as they come and try to get the work done without too much fuss. It’s hard work and it takes time, especially with construction and land, but we’re used to it. If you’re heading towards the station or living in Brit Colony, you’ve probably passed by our plot. We’re always around to talk about what’s being built next. It’s a steady business and we like being part of the growth in Pandav Nagar.
