You’ll find us over in Jagannath Vihar, specifically at Plot 31 on Lane 1, Road 1. Our place is run by Durga Prasanna Dash, and we’ve been here in Bhubaneswar for a long time. Being in Orissa, it gets quite hot, and we spend a lot of our time fixing things that have broken down. We are a service center, so the shop is usually full of appliances and parts. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the tools and items waiting to be repaired, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Most people just drop their stuff off and come back later when it’s fixed. We do a lot of work with LG products, which keeps us pretty busy because everyone seems to have one. It’s a local neighborhood vibe here. We know the people living on our lane and they know us. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. We just fix the machines and hand them back. Sometimes we have to wait a while for a part to arrive, but that’s just how it goes. We try to be fair and just get the job done so people can get back to their lives. It’s a small, honest shop and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and fix what comes through the door every day until the sun goes down.
