Our office in Unit-1 isn’t the biggest, but it’s centrally located, which makes it easier for us to handle things across the city. The building has that sturdy, lived-in feel that you see a lot in this area. Inside, we’ve got our desks set up in a way that’s mostly functional. We don't spend much on decorations; we'd rather have everything organized so we can find what we need quickly. The rainy season can be a bit of a challenge with the local streets, but we always make sure we’re here to keep things moving. There’s a small group of us working here, and we’ve all been in the electronics field for years. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don’t usually see, like managing schedules and looking over service reports. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary for things to run right. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. People in the neighborhood know where we are, and we often deal with folks who just walk in off the street with a question. We try to be helpful and keep things straightforward without using a lot of technical talk or complicated processes.
