We are Jobs4Hunt, and you can find us located right in front of the Convent School in Prafulla Nagar. It is in Baripada, which is in the Mayurbhanj district. Udaynath Mohanta is the one who usually runs things around here. If you are ever in this area, you have probably walked right past our front door while going to the school. It is a very simple place. We don’t have a lot of fancy bells and whistles. We just focus on finding some kind of work for the people who decide to come in. Orissa has its own set of challenges, but we just do what we can every day. We sit at our desks and go through the local job listings. It is often quite loud outside because of all the kids at the school nearby, but we don’t really mind the noise. We talk to people about their skills and where they might fit into a company. We don’t use any big slogans or marketing talk. We just look at the facts. People in Baripada know us as just another local spot. We have had all sorts of different people visit us over the years. We keep all our records in simple folders and try to stay on top of the pile. It is just a regular job for us. We open up quite early and stay until everything is finished. We just try to help folks find a way to earn.
