Hr Executive

This office is located in the Industrial Estate area of Rourkela, near Pwd La 173. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity around us with trucks and workers moving about. At Hr Executive, we handle a lot of the hiring needs for the local businesses here. The office is a bit old and sits in a dusty part of town, which is expected for an industrial estate. We have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that we use to manage our database. It’s not a polished corporate environment by any means. We have stains on the desks from tea cups and piles of folders that need sorting. Our day usually starts with checking the local requirements and seeing who has sent in their resumes lately. Rourkela is a steel city, so a lot of the work revolves around technical and labor roles, though we handle office jobs too. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what is available and what the requirements are. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the machinery, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We stay until the work is done, usually around sunset. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on getting people into jobs. That is our daily life.
