Hr Executive

We work out of Unit IX in Bhubaneswar, specifically in a flat near Sipra Nayak’s place. It’s a quiet residential and office area, which makes it a decent place to work without too much noise. At Hr Executive, we focus on the practical side of recruitment. Our office setup is very basic. We have a couple of tables, some plastic chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. Bhubaneswar is a planned city, so getting around isn't too bad, but it still gets very humid in the summer. We spend a lot of our time going through applications and calling candidates to see if they are available for interviews. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big team or a fancy website that does everything for us. Most of it is handled by us directly. We use a simple filing system to keep track of everyone who visits. Sometimes we take short tea breaks and talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, not like those high-pressure offices you see in the bigger cities. We just want to make sure the records are correct and the people we talk to know what they are doing. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves without too much trouble. We stay here until the evening.
