Emcons Management Consultants Pvt Ltd is based over at Hig 194B in Baramunda. It's a residential sort of area, so it's a bit quieter than being right in the middle of a commercial hub. We like it that way because we can actually hear ourselves think. The office is basically a converted house, which gives it a very casual feel. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless there is a very specific reason. Most of the time it is just shirts and trousers. We have a few rooms set up with computers and some old wooden cupboards for the files. People in the block know us as the management guys. We get a lot of our work through word of mouth. We don't have a flashy website with lots of moving parts. We just do the consulting work that people ask us to do. Sometimes the rain here gets really heavy and the street gets a bit flooded, but we still show up. It is a small team, so we all know each other's business. We have our own way of doing things that might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but it works for us. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to keep the lights on and do right by the people who hire us. That is about all there is to say about our little office.
