ZAMZAM B&D is tucked away on the second floor of Zeenat House in the Huzur area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a quiet spot to get work done. We focus on building and development. Most of our days are spent checking on different project sites across Bhopal and then coming back here to update the logs. The office at Flat No D. Center is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the rustle of papers. We aren't a massive firm; we’re just a group of people who know how to get things built. We deal with the usual headaches like permits and supply chain issues. Sometimes the sand doesn't show up on time or the labor is short, and we have to scramble. It’s part of the reality of construction that people don't often see. We like being in the Huzur locality because it’s central for us. We don't go for the high-end polished corporate look. Our office has stacks of files and rolls of drawings everywhere. It looks like a place where people actually work. We try to keep our word and finish what we start. People know us at Zeenat House as the guys who are always coming and going in dusty clothes. We just take one project at a time and try to do a decent job for the folks who hire us, without making things complicated.
