It is a pretty active part of the city, so there is always a lot going on around the office. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the bustle. The office itself is a practical space where we spend our days working on various design projects. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big marketing team. It is just us and our work. We use simple tools and try to keep our plans clear and easy to understand. Being in the 462011 zip code means we are central to a lot of things, which is handy. Most days involve a lot of sitting at the desk and looking at screens or sketches. We don't really do the corporate thing with lots of meetings and long presentations. We prefer to just sit down and talk about what needs to happen. It's an honest way to work. The building is older but it serves its purpose well. We like the neighborhood and the other businesses nearby. It feels like a real community. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it. That is how we have always operated and it seems to work for us.
