Wgc Pvt. Ltd. is a company based in Bhopal. We don't have a fancy office in a skyscraper; we just operate out of a regular space here in the city. The work we do keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and sometimes even on Sundays if there is a lot to catch up on. Being in Bhopal means we deal with a lot of local people and local issues. We have a small team of staff who have been with us for a good amount of time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our jobs properly and make sure that whatever we are handling is done right. The office atmosphere is pretty casual. We talk about the local news or the weather while we work. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when deadlines are approaching, but we manage to get through it. We don't use much corporate talk or have long meetings that go nowhere. Usually, we just sit down, figure out what needs to be done, and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a simple way of working but it has served us well so far. Visitors often comment that it feels like a friendly place to be, which is nice to hear. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand.
