Vijay Vargiya Ice Cream

You can find us at Shop No.7 in the Lakherapura area. We’ve been around Sarafa Chowk for a good while now. Being right in Azad Market means it’s always crowded and noisy outside. We just focus on our ice cream and don't worry much about the rest. The shop is small and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We have a couple of old freezers that hum all day. Sometimes the line gets long and people have to wait on the street. It’s near the Peer Gate Area so there’s always something going on. My brother and I handle most things ourselves. We don't have any fancy seating, just a few spots to stand. We try to keep things clean but with so many people coming from the market, it’s a constant job. We aren't trying to be some big corporate brand. We just like what we do. The flavors we have are the ones people have liked for years. We don't change them much. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff by evening if it's a hot day. That’s just how it goes here. If you’re walking through Lakherapura, you might see our small sign. It’s nothing special to look at, but we’re there every day. It's often dusty because of the road work nearby, but we keep the lids shut tight. We hope the ice cream stays cold and people find what they are looking for.
