Vihaan Hospitality Ventures Privatelimited is located at D2 Punjabi Bagh on Raisen Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always noise from the trucks and cars going by. Our place is right there in the thick of it. We deal with a lot of different hospitality ventures. Sometimes we are looking at new properties, other times we are just trying to keep the ones we have from falling apart. It’s a lot of maintenance work, really. There is always a lightbulb out or a floor that needs mopping. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just come in the door and someone will usually be sitting there at the desk. We use a lot of local guys for repairs because it's faster that way. Punjabi Bagh is a decent place to be based. We've got the tea stall nearby where we go when the office gets too hot in the afternoon. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to run a business that works and pays the bills. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we have to spend a whole Saturday catching up. It’s not the most exciting thing, but it’s what we do. We've been at this for a while and we plan to stay put. Raisen Road keeps us connected to the rest of the city.
