Hotel Gaurav

We are located at 01, Main Road, right on Hamidia Road in Bhopal. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always noise and movement outside our doors. Hotel Gaurav has been part of this street for a long time. The building is a bit old-fashioned, and we like it that way. We have many rooms across a few floors, and we keep them as clean as we can. It’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs for us since we don’t have a big crew. Hamidia Road is known for being a hub of activity, so we get all sorts of people staying with us. Some are here for business in the market, and others are just passing through Bhopal - 462001. We try to keep the lobby area clear, but it often ends up with bags and people waiting. We handle the bookings ourselves on a big ledger. It’s not a high-tech place, just a regular hotel. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to switch on the backup, which is always a bit of a scramble. We spend our afternoons doing laundry and making sure the bathrooms are stocked. It’s a busy life being on the Main Road, but we’re used to it. We just keep going, making sure anyone who needs a room has a place to sleep for the night. We aren't fancy, just a practical spot in a crowded part of town.
