Vardhan Group & Event Management is based out of Lucky Plaza in Malviya Nagar. If you know Bhopal, you know this area is always moving. We’ve been set up here for some time, and it’s a decent spot for an event business because we’re close to everything. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place to get the work done and talk to people about their plans. We handle various types of events, from small gatherings to some of the bigger stuff people want done in the city. Mostly, our days involve a lot of lists. We make lists for the caterers, lists for the sound guys, and lists for ourselves just so we don't forget anything important. It’s not always smooth sailing. Sometimes the tent doesn't go up as fast as we wanted, or there's a delay with the chairs, but we just deal with it. It’s local work for local people. We know the venues around Bhopal pretty well by now. We aren't trying to be some big national brand; we just want to do right by the people who walk into Lucky Plaza asking for help. It’s a lot of coordination and checking things twice. Usually, we are the first ones there and the last ones to leave. It gets exhausting sometimes, but that is just how this business works. We keep it simple and try to be honest about what can be done for our customers.
