We are located in Nandni Nagar, over in the Geirat Gang area. Our building is quite close to the local police station, which is the main thing people look for when they are trying to find us for the first time. Being near the station means there is usually a lot of activity on the road, with police vehicles and people coming and going. Our day starts fairly early when we open up the shop. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s a straightforward business where we handle our daily tasks without much fuss. The interior is just a normal workspace filled with whatever we are dealing with at the time. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze when we get new shipments in, but we make it work. Nandni Nagar is a decent spot for a business like ours because people know the area well. We spend a lot of time just talking to customers who walk in or answering the phone. It’s not a fancy corporate environment; it’s more of a place where you can just walk in and talk to us. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we are busy, you might have to wait a minute, but we always get to everyone eventually. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels like a real local place. We don’t worry about looking polished, we just worry about getting the work done.
