We are located at E-287, New Minal Residency on J.K. Road here in Bhopal. It is a busy spot. Every day starts early because the milk doesn't wait for anyone. The trucks pull in when most people are still sleeping in their beds. We spend a lot of time checking the cans and making sure the food products are stored where it is cool. Bhopal has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. The guys in the back wear heavy aprons and they are always moving. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the water on the floor from cleaning, but that is just how a dairy works. We don't have fancy offices or anything like that. Road can get really jammed with traffic in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done before noon. It is not an easy job, standing on your feet and dealing with heavy crates, but the work needs to be done. We just focus on getting the crates out and making sure the counts are right. It’s a simple life really, just food and milk and keeping things moving through the doors of E-287 every single day of the week.
