Shankar Hotel

We are located in the Bda Complex in Shivaji Nagar. Our shops are 102, 115, 116, and 117, so we take up a bit of space there. Most people around Bhopal know us as being near the 7 No Stop. It’s a busy part of Shivaji Nagar and there’s always something going on in the complex. We aren't a big luxury hotel or anything like that, just a local place where people can stay or find what they need. The 462016 area is home to us. We’ve had these units for a while and we try to keep them in good shape, though things break and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s a lot of running around between the different shop numbers to make sure everything is okay. We talk to a lot of folks who are just passing through or who have business at the Bda Complex. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have a fancy lobby or uniforms. It’s just us working every day to make sure the rooms or the spaces are ready. The traffic around 7 No Stop can be a bit much, but once you’re inside the complex, it’s a little better. We just do our best to stay on top of things and keep the business running like it should. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just providing a spot for people who need one.
