You can find us at Shop No 432 in the Dynamic Centre, which is located in Zone I of M P Nagar. We are right near Hotel Arch Manor, so it is easy to find if you are familiar with the area. M P Nagar is always full of students and office workers, so it is a very lively place to work. Our kitchen is where most of the action happens. It is loud, hot, and always smells like whatever we are cooking for that day’s orders. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are a local team that handles food for all sorts of gatherings. Our office space is just a small corner where we keep the books and take calls. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the vegetables or making sure the delivery vans are ready to go. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If you come by, you will likely see us in our aprons, maybe a bit stressed if there is a big event coming up. We just focus on doing the work and making sure the containers are packed right so nothing spills. It is a lot of planning and timing. We start early in the morning when the market opens and we often don't finish until very late at night. It is just the way the food business goes around here. We try to keep things simple and honest with every meal we prepare.
