Royal Group

Royal Group operates out of Flat No. 7, D106, in the Kohefiza area. Specifically, we’re in the Revel Hitrech building. It’s a well-known spot because the Kohefiza Government Fitness Center is right nearby. You can often hear the noise from people exercising or the general bustle of the neighborhood. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It gives the whole place a very domestic, comfortable feel. We don't have a formal lobby; you just come in and find us working in what used to be the living room or the bedrooms. There’s usually a lot going on at once. We’ve got papers spread out over the dining table and a couple of computers set up in the corners. It’s a very practical arrangement. Kohefiza is a good place to be, and many of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend our days coordinating different tasks and making sure everything is moving along. There’s always someone in the kitchen making tea or coffee for the team. We aren't really interested in looking like a big, polished corporation. We’re just a group of people working together in a regular apartment to get things done. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time, which is exactly how we like it.
