Richa Agencies is located at No-20 on Kotwali Road. We are right near the Gourav Plastic Company, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. This street is always crowded with people and carts, so it’s a lively place to be. We deal with various goods and act as a bridge for different suppliers. Our shop isn’t very large, but we make the most of the space we have. You’ll find boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some corners. We don’t have a team of receptionists or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the orders and talking to the folks who walk in. We’ve been on Kotwali Road for quite a while now and we know the other shopkeepers pretty well. We spend most of our time checking invoices and making sure the stock is where it should be. It’s a lot of paperwork and manual counting. We aren't a big corporate chain. We’re just a local agency trying to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes the rain makes the street a mess, and we have to be quick to move the stock inside to keep it dry. We don't have a flashy website or big banners. People just know we are here and they come to us for what they need. It’s a straightforward way of doing business and it’s kept us going through the years without needing much change.
