Raja Himanshu Poha

Our place, Raja Himanshu Poha, is located at 895, N-2, which is right near Kasturba Hospital in the Bhel area of Habibganj. It is a busy spot because of the hospital traffic and the people working around here all day. We spend most of our time dealing with the poha and making sure everything is moving along as it should. It is not a very big operation, just a local thing we do to keep busy. The mornings are usually the most hectic part of the day for us because that is when everyone wants their supplies. You see a lot of people coming and going from the hospital and the nearby offices. We have been in this spot for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The shop itself is plain and we don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the bags of poha and the daily tasks at hand. Sometimes the weather gets really dusty around Habibganj, so we are always cleaning the counters. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and pays the bills at the end of the month. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us working together every day. Most days are exactly the same, just handling the stock and talking to the regulars who stop by for a minute. It is a practical business for us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just stay here at our N-2 location and get the job done.
