Raj Sweets & Proteins

We are located at 4/5 in the Shopping Centre over in Kotra, Sultanbad. It is a decent-sized spot where we handle both the sweets side of things and the protein items. Having a shop in a local shopping center means you see the same faces every day, which is something we actually enjoy. Most mornings start with the milk delivery and getting the display cases wiped down. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just a few of us behind the counter and in the small kitchen area making sure the shelves stay full. Kotra is a grounded neighborhood, so we don't try to be something we aren't. We just focus on the daily tasks like stocking the eggs or making sure the paneer is fresh. The Sultanbad area gets quite busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work and stop by to pick something up for dinner. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to keep the business running. Sometimes the fridge acts up or the deliveries are late, but that is just part of running a shop. We don’t bother with slogans or big sales pitches. People come in because they know where we are and they know what they’re getting. It’s just a simple shop in a busy shopping center, and that suits us just fine.
