Our place is at House Number 366 in Rachana Nagar. It is a bit different because we operate out of a house rather than a big commercial building. When you walk in, you can usually smell the herbs and the different oils we work with. It is a quiet neighborhood, so we don't get the same kind of street noise you find in the main market. We spend a lot of our time sorting through ingredients and packing up orders that need to be sent out. There are shelves filled with jars and bottles everywhere. We handle the daily tasks like checking the stock and talking to people who call in with questions about the Ayurvedic items we have. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We might be labeling bottles one hour and then cleaning the workspace the next. Rachana Nagar is a nice area and being based in a home makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal. We don't have a big flashy sign outside. Most of what we do is just focused on the traditional ways of preparing these things. It takes time and patience to get it right. We just go about our business day by day, making sure the jars are sealed and the orders are ready for whoever needs them. It is a slow and steady kind of work that we have gotten used to over the years.
