Samta Ayurvedic Pharmacy

Samta Ayurvedic Pharmacy is situated in F-101, Sukhmani Tower, over in Vijay Nagar, Lalghati. Being in a tower like Sukhmani means we aren't right on the street level like a traditional shop. You have to come into the building to find us. Vijay Nagar is a busy residential and commercial area. We have been here for a while and have a lot of regular people who come to see us for their ayurvedic needs. The pharmacy is filled with the smell of herbs and oils, which is quite different from a regular chemist shop. We spend a lot of time measuring things out and organizing the jars on the shelves. It’s a bit of a quiet space compared to the noise of Lalghati outside. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know the products well. The room isn't huge, so we have to be careful with how we store everything. Sometimes the lift in the tower is slow, so people take the stairs to get to us. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the neighborhood. It’s a steady, calm kind of work. We just focus on keeping our inventory right and helping folks who walk through the door at F-101. It's a bit hidden away in the tower, but once you know where we are, it's easy enough to find.
