Ish Tours And Travels

We are over at Shop No-2 in Trilochan Tower. If you know where Sangam Takij is, we are directly opposite it. It’s a good spot because people are always walking by on their way to the movies or the other shops in the tower. Ish Tours And Travels is just a small office. We have a couple of desks, some maps on the wall that are probably a bit out of date, and a phone that rings more than you’d expect. We spend our days helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it is a bus ticket or a longer trip, we just sit down and look at the schedules together. We don’t have any fancy brochures with touched-up photos. We just tell people what the hotels are like and how long the drive will take. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. They know we are just regular people who know a bit about travel. Sometimes the power goes out in the tower and we just sit there and chat until it comes back on. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just do the work, file the papers, and try to make sure nobody misses their train. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We'll be here tomorrow too if you need to ask about a ticket or just want to see if the bus is on time. Most days that is how it goes.
