You have to head down to the basement of Center Point at Jinsi Square to find us. Shop No.10 is where Zakariya All India Tourism operates from. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is a relief in the summer months. It’s a small space, mostly filled with maps and travel brochures that have been there for quite a few years. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure the buses are on time. Jinsi Square is always a hub of activity, so there’s no shortage of people passing through the area. We’ve had this spot for a long time now. The desk is a bit wobbly, but it does the job just fine. Most of our regulars are people from the neighborhood who are planning a trip to see family or go on a pilgrimage to some distant place. We don't have any big signs out on the street, just the one on the office door. It gets a bit dark down here if the main lights aren't on. We keep a big calendar on the wall with all the dates marked out in red ink for the trips we help coordinate. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, so we just walk up to the square for a quick cup. It’s a straightforward business we run. We help people get where they need to go across the country. It’s not a glamorous office, but it’s where we work.
