Narmadanchal Milk Products Private Limited operates out of F7 on the first floor of the Super Plaza in the Laksh Homes complex. It’s located in Bagmugaliya, which is a growing area. We decided to get into the dairy business because it’s something everyone needs. Our office is in a residential complex, so we try to be quiet and respectful of the people living around us. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us managing the distribution and the quality of the milk products we handle. Every morning starts early, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when the milk moves. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and checking on the cold chain to make sure everything stays fresh. It’s a lot of logistics and timing. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a fridge acting up, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't have a polished corporate handbook. We just use our common sense and work hard to keep things moving. The walls of the office are mostly covered in delivery schedules and maps. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We like being part of the Bagmugaliya community and providing something useful. It’s not always easy, but we put in the work every single day to get dairy products to people's tables. That is the goal. We don't need any awards for it.
