If you head down Kanadia Road in Indore and find Morya Garden, that is where we are located at number 18. Malvas Food Exports is where we manage the shipping of different food products to places far away. It is a busy little spot, especially when we have new batches coming in for inspection. We spend a lot of time checking bags and containers to make sure everything looks right before it leaves our sight. The air usually smells like whatever we are packing that day, which is nice most of the time. We aren't a massive factory, just a focused group of people making sure the food stays fresh and the packaging is sturdy. There are always boxes stacked up in the corner ready for the next truck. We talk to farmers and suppliers quite a bit to see what is available in the market. It is a lot of small details that you wouldn't think about, like the thickness of a plastic bag or the temperature in a shipping container. We don't really do the flashy side of things. We just stay here in the garden area and keep our heads down. It is honest work and it feels good to see a shipment finally head out to the airport or the port. We just try to stay organized and keep the orders moving out on time. It is a simple life for us.
