It’s a decent spot to be in, and the neighborhood stays fairly active throughout the day. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of food products. The space here is where we keep our books and plan out what needs to happen next. It isn't a huge corporate office or anything like that. It's just a regular building where a few of us show up every day to work. Sometimes the traffic on Hawa Bangla Road gets a bit backed up, but we are used to it by now. Being behind the garden gives us a little bit of a landmark so people don't get lost trying to find us. We try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy during the busy seasons. Indore is a fast-growing place, and being in a spot like Dwarka Puri keeps us connected to the local market. We don't really go for big speeches or fancy posters. We just focus on the food side of things and making sure our paperwork is correct. There is always something to clean or an email to answer. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough. We just wanted a place that felt like home for the business and this spot works.
